The Right Real Estate Agent

Finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, and market conditions. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

Oklahoma City---The Right Place at the Right Time!!

Oklahoma City and it's surrounding communities offer so much.  Here you'll find good paying jobs, affordable housing, great restaurants and fabulous entertainment.  You will also find some of the nicest people on the planet.

If you're thinking of buying or selling a house in the Oklahoma City area, now is a good time to do so. A recently released home pricing forecast places performance in the Oklahoma City market at #9 in the nation over the next year.  This same study, performed by Local Market Moniter, shows home prices in the Oklahoma area will remain steady over the next year.  The same cannot be said for the nation as a whole.  Oklahoma is a great place to live and invest in real estate.

If you're new to Oklahoma, I would like to recommend that you visit the following places. First, you've got to check out our beautiful state capital building. Our new dome is breathtaking.  You will also find that our capital houses incredible pieces of artwork. Next, we are very proud of Bricktown.  Located on the East side of Downtown Okc, Bricktown has become THE place to hang out in Oklahoma City. There you will find world class restaurants, Okc Redhawks baseball, our lovely canal, bowling and so much more! Nearby, also in Downtown Okc, you can have a blast watching our new NBA team, the Oklahoma City Thunder.  If you enjoy art and museums, the Oklahoma City Museum of Art and the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum are must sees.  I could go on and on! This truly is a great state.
